Senior citizens at a Foundation welfare programme

Dignity & Care

Caring for our senior citizens

Gandhi Foundation seeks to support senior citizens through welfare initiatives and the everyday practical help that makes independent living easier.

Many older people in the community live alone or without family nearby. The Foundation's aim is to make sure they are not overlooked — through companionship, access to healthcare, and support with day-to-day needs.

  • Companionship and social engagement
  • Assistance in accessing medical care
  • Health checkups for senior citizens
  • Support with everyday essentials
  • Awareness of senior citizens' rights and entitlements

Our Approach

Companionship

Everyday Support

Practical assistance with essentials for senior citizens facing financial difficulty.

Get Involved

Volunteers are welcome

Much of this work depends on people who can give a few hours. If you would like to volunteer with the Foundation's senior care initiatives, we would be glad to hear from you.
